"First Time Ordering from This Company"
This is my first time ordering from this company. I placed an order for 10 bags of Salba chia, but only 8 showed up. I wasn’t informed about why 2 were missing, and honestly, if I hadn’t been paying close attention, I might not have noticed at all. However, I really appreciate the quick reply I got, and I’m hoping the other 2 bags will arrive soon. I like your company and will definitely check out what else you have. I understand that mistakes can happen, but great customer service really makes a difference! So keep up the awesome work 😊

I was hoping to get my order before Christmas, but I hadn’t gotten anything. I shot them an email, and they asked if I preferred a refund or the tea. I told them I wanted the tea, and they quickly reordered it for me. It arrived today! Now that’s how customer service ought to be. WELL DONE!

"Price Gouging on Baby Formula"
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but that’s not what’s got me riled up. You’re asking $56 for a 21 oz can when I can grab a 32 oz can at the store for about $45. There’s a shortage of this formula, and Pure Modern Living is exploiting the situation for moms who are just trying to feed their little ones. It’s downright shameful.
